4.2 You must ensure compliance with all applicable tax and legal obligations.
4.3 You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to deliver our services.

5. Website Design & Management

5.1 While we aim to create and maintain fully functional websites, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
5.2 We are not responsible for third-party hosting, domain registration issues, or cybersecurity threats beyond our control.

6. Licence Applications

6.1 We assist with licence applications but do not guarantee approval by regulatory authorities.
6.2 Any fees or penalties arising from non-compliance remain your responsibility.

7. Payments & Fees

7.1 Payment for our services must be made in accordance with agreed terms and deadlines.
7.2 Late payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
